Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel the scheduled transfer Service, a cancellation notice is required at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled service. The notification must be made through an email addressed to info@landtransfersrd.com

Land Transfers RD reserves the right to charge a penalty of 50% (fifty percent) of the total value of the transfer service to cover the administrative expenses resulting from the cancellation of the service. In the event that the Client does not cancel the service and it cannot be provided for reasons attributable to the client and not to an associate or to us, the entire scheduled service will be charged. In the event that the Client cancels the service on the same day it is scheduled, the entire scheduled transfer service will be charged.

Reimbursement Of The Transfer Service Charge

If the client canceled his scheduled transfer service 24 hours in advance, the amount of the service charge may be reimbursed within a period of no more than 7 days, in the same way the service was paid. Land Transfers RD reserves the right to charge a penalty of 50% (fifty percent) of the total value of the transfer service for services canceled in a period less than 24 hours after the transfer service is booked.

If the client canceled his scheduled transfer service within one hour of requesting the service, the amount of the service charge may be reimbursed within a period of no more than 7 days, in the same way the service was paid.

If due to something else, for example, cancellation of the flight, the full payment of the service will be reimbursed within a period no more than 7 days, by the same means in which the service was paid. If the client reserves another flight before the refund of the amount paid and still wants the transfer, they must notify Land Transfers RD to coordinate the transfer service again at no additional cost.
